History & Mission

The initial Board of Directors were elected on November 12, 2013. The IRS approved VFCF as a 501 (c)(3) organization on October 30, 2015. The affiliate agreement with GMCF was signed November 12, 2018. The Valley Falls Community Foundation was established to support programs and projects that enhance the quality of life for Valley Falls residents today and into the future.
